Yellowridge has developed strong relationships with government agencies and housing advocates in the design and construction of seniors, affordable and at-risk housing projects throughout British Columbia. We have completed thousands of housing units over the years, varying from single-family houses, duplexes, townhomes, low-rise multi-residential, to pre-manufactured modular housing units. With our many years of experience we have fine-tuned our efficiencies to remain competitive while maintaining a superior level of quality. We pay particular attention to the building envelope to control air and water infiltration during and after construction. We are also proactive in implementing sustainable design and construction practices on all of our projects.
