The Kin1 Facility is a recreational complex located in Prince George. It includes a 750 seat Olympic size ice arena as well as additions and renovations to the existing areas. The structure is a two-storey wood and structural steel frame. The curved roof structure of the complex is constructed with curved beams and structural glulam wood panels, producing a modern and impressive visual appearance. Interior finishes include exposed architectural wood ceilings, painted masonry, resilient flooring, rubber flooring and exposed structural steel. Exterior finishes include exposed masonry veneer, aluminum curtain wall and pre-finished aluminum cladding.

In addition to the arena, the facilities include dressing rooms, offices, spectators lounge, utility rooms, storage rooms, a server and a balcony.
