The 632 m2 Gitwangak Health Centre provides a multi-use health and office facility for the Gitwangak Indian Band. It includes administration offices, a health center, a laboratory for water testing, and a dental office. The structure consists of a one story wood framed building on a concrete foundation and slab on grade with a sloped SBS roof. The exterior is clad in metal siding, wood siding and curtainwall glass.  The interior finishes are painted drywall walls, natural wood accent finishes and a polished concrete floor throughout.
