This project consists of the construction of a 4-storey wood-framed apartment building designed to provide durable, efficient, and modern residential space. The building envelope is designed with long-term performance in mind, featuring a two-ply SBS roof membrane system for superior waterproofing and protection, along with a fiber cement rainscreen cladding system that delivers both durability and a contemporary architectural appearance.

In addition to the building itself, the project scope includes comprehensive site development, with landscaping to create welcoming green spaces, site servicing to integrate utilities and drainage systems, and related site works to ensure seamless functionality and connectivity with the surrounding area. Together, these elements contribute to a project that not only emphasizes resilient construction and high-quality finishes but also delivers a safe, sustainable, and attractive living environment for future residents.
