The  Aqanttanam  housing  project  is  a  social  housing project   located   on      247   acres   in   the   Slaterville neighbourhood of Cranbrook. The Project is a three-storey, slab on grade residential project containing 39 units of housing for singles and families. The  site is designed to allow room for an additional 39-unit building in future.

The building is planned to provide a mix of market rate and affordable housing opportunities and will also include amenity space for the tenant’s enjoyment as well as office space for staff. The project will be situated in an area of the city in close proximity to shops, schools, community services, and public transit.
