Tsain-Ko’s Our House of Clans is a 5,800 m2 affordable housing building with 34 housing units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom family units, to help meet the highest priority needs for the Sechelt Nation. The units are part of a mixed-use, six-storey building located at 5573 Sunshine Coast Highway.

The first floor of the building contains approximately 1,000 square meters of commercial and retail space, while the second floor provides space for community events and meetings with social programming, such as a community kitchen, large multi-staff. The building will also feature a signature design with a Coast Salish artistic style and building name representative of shíshálh Nation culture.
